<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Fireshaper:</p>
<p>The people behind the FIRESHAPER phenomenon</p>
<p>FIRESHAPER is the brainchild of Dr. John Surie and his wife Natalie, both teachers and practitioners at their five studios (USA &amp; AUSTRALIA).</p>
<p>Natalie comes from Australia’s Gold Coast and has practiced hot yoga across the globe, becoming a qualified teacher with Bikram Choudhury in 2001. Her husband Dr. John has been a licensed chiropractor since 1997 with his own practice in New Jersey. A skilled martial artist and certified hot yoga instructor, Dr John began practicing heated yoga when he met Natalie in 2000.</p>
<p>In 2002 they opened their first hot yoga studio in Westwood NJ. Since then the company has evolved from one to five chic studio spaces.<br />
Natalie and Dr John are passionate about bringing the FIRESHAPER Hot Yoga experience to as many people as possible, and with the opening of their new studio in Australia, that dream has fast become a reality.</p>
<p>Hot Yoga has been re-defined as FIRESHAPER</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Rachael:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;ve always had a passion for fitness, so when my two children were a bit older I decided to make a career of it. I have now been working in the fitness industry for about 4 years, during this time I have complete my Cert III in fitness, trained in Body Pump, Attack, Step and CXWorx.</em></p>
<p><em> I am currently completing my Cert IV in fitness which I hope to have complete in the next couple of months.I train 5 days a week. In the past 2 years I have made the transition from Group Fitness to the gym floor. I love working with weights and believe that this along with a healthy eating plan has given me the best results in changing my body&#8221;</em></p>

<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Tim:</p>
<p><em>I&#8217;ve been training for 10years and been a personal trainer for 7 of those. The gym and the outdoors has always been a place where I have gone left any troubles behind and cleared my head through a strenuous session whether it be weights, downhill Mountain biking or a trail run. </em></p>
<p><em>I motivate and educate people throughout each personal training session to help them achieve there goal and most of all become self motivated.</em></p>
<p><em>My training routine consists of a 5 day split weights program and do some sort of exercise everyday. Im very particular with my food and eat six meals a day.</em></p>

<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Chris:</p>
<p>My name is Chris Bridgewater, I&#8217;m 28 and currently a professional mixed martial arts athlete also known as <em>Kaos</em>.</p>
<p>My training is my life and I live to train and fight, have been doing it for 17years so far.</p>
<p>After turning professional my training regime has increased greatly, going from something I just liked to do, to something I was driven to do. My general training roster consists of a six day training week training anywhere from four to six hours a day, split between morning and afternoon sessions.</p>
<p>My training is what I love, despite my countless hours training or working in the gym as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning and also a skill coach I can say my time is not wasted. Nothing pleases me more than to be surrounded by like minded individuals pushing me to be the best I can be.</p>
<p>My motivation is to be the best! So I&#8217;ll share some wise words given to me&#8230; <em><strong>&#8220;The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle&#8230; Train hard to fight hard. Win easy!&#8221;<br />

<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Darren:</p>
<p>Been involved in weight training for about 9 years. First got into it playing rugby league.</p>
<p>Taking it to a more serious level in the last 2 yrs since doing my cert 3 and 4 in fitness taking what i knew and what ive learnt and still learning about training and nutrition and applying it to my training and lifestyle.<br />
I decided to enter a Body Building comp for the first time about 5 months ago, when friends told me i should give it ago. Preparing for this comp, i am training 6 days a week and about 4500 calories a day.</p>
<p>I work as a Rigger, enjoy spending time with friends and doing things outdoors.<br />

<div>Zelle Maree is a full-time Mum who gained the inspiration to embark on her body building journey after gaining 23kg with the pregnancy of her daughter. After acquiring knowledge and experience with her own weight loss journey, she set out to challenge herself both mentally and physically to compete at the INBA QLD State Titles Body Building Competition in September 2011 in the Figure Division. Zelle Placed 2nd in Ms Figure Novice Tall and 3rd in Figure International Tall which made her a qualifier for the INBA Natural Universe where she placed 4th in Ms Figure Novice Tall.  As she placed top 5 in her division, this made her a qualifier for the INBA/PNBA Natural Olympia.</div>

<div>Sarah entered her first comp in 2011 (IFBB QLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2011–<br />
BIKINI) and came 2nd. Sarah then went on to compete in the WNBF<br />
ASIA-PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP 2011 – BEST BODY SWIMSUIT and came 2nd,<br />
being in the top 5 in the country also qualified her for 2011 WNBF<br />
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in New York.<br />
She is featured as &#8220;Female form&#8221; in &#8220;Inside Fitness&#8221; Magazine on<br />
shelves around Australia, NZ and Singapore.<br />
Sarah will be competing at FitX in Melbourne and at the IFBB<br />

<p>Here&#8217;s a few interesting facts about Kayleigh:</p>
<p>I am a personal trainer in Brisbane and operate outdoors in the CBD. This year I will be competing in the INBA Sport Model category in May and hopefully INBA Figure category in September with the help from my trainer, Nathan Daveson, from Defining Physiques.</p>
<p>What got me inspired to get into bodybuilding was after I did my personal training course and I had learned so much about weight training and what a difference it made to my body shape. Bodybuilding has made a positive difference to my life, its a discipline of the mind.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t find me in a gym at Fitness First, you most certainly find me in the kitchen! I love cooking and creating new healthy clean meals and treats, my favorite &#8216;cheat meals&#8217; are usually homemade like pizza and protein cookies</p>
<p>My favorite quote is by Arnold Schwarzenegger: <em><strong>&#8220;Failure is not an option, everyone has to succeed&#8221;</strong></em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I photographed the gorgeous Tatiana yesterday at Chevron Island.  It was raining pretty much the whole shoot, so we decided we&#8217;d do a few shots in the personal training gym and then go outside and work in with the rain&#8230;</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s some interesting facts about Tatiana:</p>
<p>Personal trainer (Owner of T Factor personal training) and mother of two living on the Gold Coast QLD Australia.</p>
<p>My training consists of a 5 day weights program including 1 plyometric weights session per week. Cardio daily incorporating both high intensity for 2-3 sessions and low intensity 5-7 days a week.</p>
<p>I train at world gym on the gold coast , the atmosphere there is fantastic and the equipment is world class.</p>
<p>My nutrition is super clean and all my meals are prepared and delivered by Performance Foods (a Gold coast &amp; Brisbane company) it&#8217;s fantastic because I can customise each and every meal to my goals. Favourite clean meal is eye fillet and salad. Favourite cheat meal; definitely have a sweet tooth for lollies.</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s a few interesting facts about Jarrod:</p>
<p>Training &#8211; Typically my training changes every couple of weeks to keep my body guessing. I love lifting weights n doing my cardio through sports rather than on a treadmill in front of a tv!</p>
<p>I am currently training to climb Mt Everest base camp, an altitude of 17500 feet, which I leave for sat the 4th of Feb.  I am doing it to raise money for the cure cancer foundation. Training for the climb has involved 17km pack marches up and around Mt Coot-tha with 15kgs in my pack. But no matter what your training for if you have poor nutrition you have poor results.</p>
<p>I work as a Personal Trainer Manager at Fitness First Mt Gravatt.</p>
<p>I am 25 and have been doing personal training for 2 years&#8230; In the future I hope to become a Police officer.<br />

<div>Born in Colombia Ana M Tamayo (Mum of 2 gorgeous children) , Personal Trainer /Fitness Model is very passionate about fitness&#8230; who wants to be an example of hard work dedication and clean living, her training consists on intense weight training sticking mainly to compound movements using impeccable form&#8230; limiting cardio to a maintenance level, getting enough sleep and not overtraining. Her nutrition is all about keeping a well balanced and nutritious diet eating anywhere between 2 and 4 hours, having small meals, heaps of green vegetables and water!</div>
