Jarrod – Personal Trainer (Brisbane Fitness Model Photographer)

I photographed Jarrod on Sunday at Fitness First – Mt Gravatt…

Here’s a few interesting facts about Jarrod:

Training – Typically my training changes every couple of weeks to keep my body guessing. I love lifting weights n doing my cardio through sports rather than on a treadmill in front of a tv!

I am currently training to climb Mt Everest base camp, an altitude of 17500 feet, which I leave for sat the 4th of Feb.  I am doing it to raise money for the cure cancer foundation. Training for the climb has involved 17km pack marches up and around Mt Coot-tha with 15kgs in my pack. But no matter what your training for if you have poor nutrition you have poor results.

I work as a Personal Trainer Manager at Fitness First Mt Gravatt.

I am 25 and have been doing personal training for 2 years… In the future I hope to become a Police officer.

Ana – Personal Trainer/Fitness Model (Brisbane Fitness Model Photographer)

I had the pleasure of photographing Ana yesterday at Genesis Club Fitness – Jindalee…

Here’s some interesting facts about Ana:

Born in Colombia Ana M Tamayo (Mum of 2 gorgeous children) , Personal Trainer /Fitness Model is very passionate about fitness… who wants to be an example of hard work dedication and clean living, her training consists on intense weight training sticking mainly to compound movements using impeccable form… limiting cardio to a maintenance level, getting enough sleep and not overtraining. Her nutrition is all about keeping a well balanced and nutritious diet eating anywhere between 2 and 4 hours, having small meals, heaps of green vegetables and water!

Jeff – Body Builder (Brisbane Bodybuilder Photographer)

I photographed Jeff yesterday at Genesis Club Fitness – Jindalee…

Here’s some interesting facts about Jeff:

Jeff does weight training 5-6 days a week, this includes a full split program, one muscle group per day… periodisation from heavy min reps, through to lighter with max reps every few months… he does cardio 1-2 times per week, very high intensity sprints, stairs or rowing… Jeff says keeping size on is his biggest challenge as he is naturally lean… his diet consists of as many good clean meals as he can fit in…

When he’s not training Jeff works as a Fire Fighter… he also does modelling & is a personal trainer…

He’s also been nominated as a wildcard entry for the 2012 Cleo Bachelor of the year… click here to show your support and vote for Jeff:)

 

 

Sarah Jane – Fitness Model (Brisbane Fitness Model Photographer)

Sarah found her love for fitness about a year and a half ago after watching her best friend compete in the INBA… Sarah is very passionate about fitness and is working towards her goal to compete in the Sports Model category at the INBA in May 2012…

Shane – Body Builder (Brisbane Fitness Model Photographer)

I photographed Shane on Sunday… he’s been training very hard for the shoot and is looking fantastic…

Here’s some interesting facts about Shane:

Shane mainly focus’s on weight training and aims for 5-6 sessions a week.  He does mostly heavy weight low rep for strength and some high rep compound training for conditioning about 3 days a week.  Shane is 31 and has been weight training consistently since finishing playing cricket in 2007.
