A trip to the Country (Brisbane Children’s Photographer)
We packed up the car and headed out for a trip to the country on Sunday… I’d been told about this gorgeous old rusty truck just outside Boonah and thought it would be the perfect location for my boys… My eldest is crazy about old cars, so he was very excited to see it… My 2 year old wasn’t so fussed about it all, he was happy just getting messed up in the dirt… Here’s some of the pic’s from the afternoon…

I have been eyeing off this shed for quite a while now… thinking, what a great backdrop it would make for some family photo’s… I had a family shoot coming up and thought we’d ask the owner if it was ok to use it… they were more than happy, so I was pretty stoked… We had interesting visitors through the shoot, a horse, bull and cow all coming to take a look… T & J thought it was awesome… here’s a couple of shots from the day.

I just spent a whirlwind coupe of days in Toowoomba visiting relatives for Easter… and I can honestly say I never want to look at another chocolate bunny again… LOL… We are already overflowing with chocolate at our house and the Easter Bunny hasn’t even made an appearance yet!

I had the pleasure of photographing adorable Baby H this morning… she was such a sweetie and barely battered an eyelid the whole time I was there… This family has recently moved up from Sydney… Dad’s in the army and Mum ‘D’ wanted to get some shots of Baby H & Dad before he went away…

Alot can happen in 3 weeks… (Brisbane Newborn Photographer)
I had a phone call from my Aunty 2 weeks ago in Mackay… She told me the news of my natural mother in New Zealand being diagnosed with Cancer which had spread to her brain and that she only had 2 weeks to live… I was stunned and devastated, I guess no-one is ever ready to hear that kind of news. The cancer started from a Melanoma on her arm & leg, which was removed, but unfortunately, they didn’t get it in time and it spread quite aggressively to her spine and brain… within nine days of hearing the news she passed away… My love and thoughts are with her family… Tania, Fuddy, Hannah & Nikki…
I also thought I’d give a quick sneak peak to T & H of gorgeous baby ‘N’ that I had the pleasure of photographing today… I am so in awe of newborns, I could just stare and cuddle them all day… I will add to this post as I work on them, couldn’t resist posting this one now…
