Here’s some interesting facts about Jeff:
Jeff does weight training 5-6 days a week, this includes a full split program, one muscle group per day… periodisation from heavy min reps, through to lighter with max reps every few months… he does cardio 1-2 times per week, very high intensity sprints, stairs or rowing… Jeff says keeping size on is his biggest challenge as he is naturally lean… his diet consists of as many good clean meals as he can fit in…
When he’s not training Jeff works as a Fire Fighter… he also does modelling & is a personal trainer…
